Before someone even clicks on your website chat widget, welcome them to your store with a warm pop-up message and draw their attention to your live chat icon in the corner of their screen. Try to keep your message warm and personal! The end goal of this pop-up message is to encourage people to click on the live chat button, expand the live chat window, engage with your sales representatives, and then (hopefully) make a purchase on your site.
